Optimal Posture equals Optimal Health
Without good posture, our spine will be out of balance which will put unhealthy pressure upon the nervous system. This is known as subluxation.
Subluxation can result from various activities as subtle as sleeping, standing or walking to more obvious trauma like auto injuries, sports injuries and even the birth process itself.
The long term effects of poor posture can affect bodily functions such as digestion, breathing, muscles, joints and ligaments. A person who has poor posture may often be tired or unable to move efficiently.
